Got through verification, account good to go, deposited some funds. Signed up to WH earlier this year, through an offer and thought it might be fun to do a bit of betting. I am not very technically savvy, so to speak to someone will be such a great help But sadly, William Hill do not want to speak to customers anymore, who do need helping Very poor and quite stressful for me as I am worried about never been able to get into my account again thus losing the money I have in it I have money in my account and I am worried about losing this until I can actually get to speak to a real person to help me with this.
Appalling customer service ! I spent nearly all day yesterday, trying to get my problem solved as my account had all gone into Spanish and I could not log on to put bets on There is no phone number you cannot speak to anyone !!!! It is all online, the response I received from online chat just referred me to a page where I had to pay some money to actually get to actually have someone to help me online which is not what I want I just want to speak to a person Is it too much to ask from a customer? I have still not got my problem resolved.
